Return & Refund Policy

We ensure hassle-free returns for your warehouse orders. Read our policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are:

  • Unused and in original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by a valid purchase receipt or order number
  • Not marked as "final sale" or "non-returnable" (e.g., custom orders, perishable goods)

Note: Special conditions apply to bulk orders (50+ units). Contact our support team.

2. Refund Process

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Original payment method will be credited (credit card, bank transfer, etc.)
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • Restocking fees (15%) may apply for opened commercial packaging

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery if you receive:

  • Damaged/defective items (include photos)
  • Wrong items or missing parts
  • Quantity discrepancies in bulk orders

We’ll arrange a free return pickup and expedited replacement at no extra cost.

4. How to Initiate a Return

Follow these steps:

  1. Email saanfulfilment@gmail.com with your order number
  2. We’ll send a prepaid return label (for eligible returns)
  3. Pack items securely and attach the label
  4. Drop at any authorized shipping partner
